Cancellation Policy

We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session. To ensure fairness to all our clients and to protect our schedule, we require all bookings to be made in accordance with the following terms. Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a 121 session. This gives us adequate time to offer the slot to another client. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will be charged a fee of 50% of the session price. This fee compensates for the lost time and opportunity to book another client. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged the full session price and will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: You can reschedule a session without charge if you provide more than 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the session, the late cancellation fee may apply. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to jpmdogtraining@gmail.com. The timestamp on your email or message will be used to determine if the cancellation falls within the notice period. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued, or we will work with you to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which helps us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
