Service Description
Our courses are now available, open to fully vaccinated puppies up to 20 weeks of age when first attending. This course covers all of the most common topics and issues puppy owners face such appropriate socialisation and play, training fundamentals and managing your puppies environment. With ongoing assessment throughout the course your pup also has the opportunity to complete the APDT's Good Companion Puppy Award and move onto further award levels.

Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness to all participants and to maintain the viability of our courses, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds. By booking a place on our course and making a full payment, you agree to these terms. Full Refund Period: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. This is because it is often difficult for us to fill the vacant spot on short notice, which impacts the class size and resources. No-shows on the day of the course or any missed classes will not be eligible for a refund. Course Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered another booking on a future date. How to Request a Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to jpmdogtraining@gmail.com. The date of the email will be used as the cancellation date for the purposes of this policy.
