Every great partnership begins with a solid foundation. Our 5-week Foundation course is designed to help you and your dog build that unbreakable bond through positive, fun training. For dogs over 6 months of age. We'll guide you through all the essential skills you'll need, from mastering the basics like loose-leash walking and recall to learning polite manners. We use modern, science-based methods to ensure training is effective and enjoyable for both of you. This course is more than just commands; it's about building communication and confidence. By the end, you'll feel empowered and ready for any adventure, and you'll even have the APDT Foundation Award to celebrate your achievement!

Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness to all participants and to maintain the viability of our courses, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds. By booking a place on our course and making a full payment, you agree to these terms. Full Refund Period: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. This is because it is often difficult for us to fill the vacant spot on short notice, which impacts the class size and resources. No-shows on the day of the course or any missed classes will not be eligible for a refund. Course Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered another booking on a future date. How to Request a Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to jpmdogtraining@gmail.com. The date of the email will be used as the cancellation date for the purposes of this policy.
